Job Responsibilities
- Coordination with the clients of concerned post and collect feedback report.
- Find out potential clients and increase posts at south-east region.
- Initiate and solve day to day operational issues.
- Conduct investigation for any incident or accident.
- Posting adjustment of the field forces in coordination with Aegis Head Quarter.
- Performing regular post visit as per plan.
- Motivation, counseling and grievance handling of field forces.
- Ensure annual performance evaluation of the team.
- Look after welfare issues of field forces.
- Identify training needs & conduct training accordingly.

Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduation from any discipline from a recognized university (Graduation from BBA, Public Administration, Criminology will get preference.)
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Preferably 03-04 year's experience from relevant field.
- Hard working & energetic
- Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
