Job Context
- The position is responsible for maintaining good relationship between Bangladesh finance and customers. Provide best in class service to customers and internal stakeholders with focus on consistent delivery of positive customer experience, day-to-day correspondences with existing & potential patrons along with related banks & financial institutions, to continue retail business growth and execute the relevant business activities of the Company.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers/visitors & directing them to the appropriate department, maintain calendars for appointments receive and dispatch mail/boxes to the relevant departments;
- Act as a liaison between Bangladesh Finance and its customers/visitors, provide product/services information and answer customer queries over the phone, email, social media or face-to-face;
- Provide best in class service to customers and internal stakeholders with focus on consistent delivery of positive customer experience;
- Resolve emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency determine root cause of the problem and offer best solution;
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges;
- Reach out to customers through technology or in person, communicating to them about the company's products/services, and verifying information regarding their accounts;
- Proactively seek feedback and be involved in process of streamlining to improve operational efficiency and provide superior customer service;
