Job Context
- Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC is looking for a dynamic professional for its Human Resource Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring HR functions.
- To ensure employee attendance management and help leave management process.
- To help probation management process.
- To ensure performance management process on time.
- To ensure employee compensation and benefits process.
- To help the rewards and punishment process.
- To ensure employee counseling & motivation.
- To develop & implement KPI-based performance appraisal system.
- Monitoring and developing performance appraisal throughout the year.
- Completing employee exit, clearance & turnover management.
- Conducting departmental meetings and minutes making.
- Providing desk service & maintain employee relations.
- Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, insurance benefits and final settlement ensure it's disbursement.
- Any other duties as instructed by management.

- BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University
- PGDHRM will get preference

Additional Requirements
- Age at least 27 years
- Must have adequate knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Rules 2015 .
- Pro-active, Tech Savvy, Self Motivated, Enthusiastic and Career Oriented
- Good communication and strong presentation skills
