Job Responsibilities
- To ensure and supervise timely order collection/receiving, processing and prepare invoice for stock out for onward supply in time according to the customers need & satisfaction
- Manages the distribution of products and inventory.
- Monitor and checking depot monthly accounts receivable, payable and reconciliation of total sales collection with bank closing stock statement
- To manage distribution expenses and depot inventory, preparing daily/weekly distribution plan
- Maintain FEFO Method
- Ensures products for delivery are routed to the appropriate clients.
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by higher authority

Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 2- 3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals industry is preferable
- Must have good computer operational skill
- Must have Knowledge on Software
