Head of Issue Management Department IL Capital Limited Job Responsibilities: Should be capable to find a new issuer company. Should be capable of making a plan, directing, or coordinating the full IPO procedure. Develop, implement & monitor the policies and assessment of interested issuer company. Review all documents of issuer companies to ensure the IPO rules & regulations. Educational Requirements: Masters/ MBA/ M.Com from a reputed university with a good academic track record. Candidates with professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA/ ACA/ ACMA/ equivalent qualification) will get preference. Educational requirements will be relaxed for the candidate who demonstrates significant networking ability and is capable of acquiring new clients for the issue management service. Experience Requirements: At least 8 years of working experience in the capital market. S/he must have experience in managing at least 02 (two) IPOs as a team leader. Additional Requirements: Expert in all types of IPOs, i.e., Fixed Price/Book Building/SME. Should have good communication skills both in English and Bengali. Capability to lead and motivate the professional team to run the organization & protecting the interests of the company and stakeholders. Excellent in Microsoft office suite. Hard working and able to work under pressure. Must be capable to reply against queries from regulators.
