Job Context

TYPE: Permanent
LOCATION: Based in HO, Banani, Dhaka.
REPORTING TO: Finance & Administrative Manager.
COORDINATION WITH: HR Team, Program Team, Technical Team, Branch Offices.

Job Responsibilities

Accounting Task
Support to the FAM and FAO on the implementation of the Fin-Admin processes and rules /compliance with the manual.
To record organization's all kinds of daily transaction with proper voucher and accurate documents.
Ensure the Bank deposit of the receipt amount against all kinds of service of the organization with proper voucher/documents.
VAT and TDS deposit to government treasury as per government law.
To prepare daily cash closing statement.
To take care of petty cash management.
Maintain Advance procedure According to Advance Manual.
To maintain advance register, Chequeen issue register and Cash Book Register.
To take care HO Inventory & Maintain Stock register.
To maintain banking relation (new chequeen book, Bank statement etc.)
Administrative Task
To provide all the administrative support. (House rent/Car rent)
Monthly stationery and IT tools Management.
Expatriates' NGOAB Work permits related work.
Expatriates' VISA related work.
Expatriates Security related work.
Support to FAM for Communication letter making.
To provide all kinds of logistic related support to branch.
Procurement Task
To provide all kinds of procurement related support to branch.
Collect the Quotation and Make a comparative analysis sheet.
Make the Draft Work/Supply Order.
Market analysis & price collection.
To Support for vendor selection.
To update stock register.
To Update Fixed Assets Register.

Educational Requirements

BBA/BBS/Honours major in Accounting/Finance/ Accounting & Information System.

Experience Requirements

At most 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Skills:
Computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel) and the use of internet
Fluent in Bangla and English (speaking and writing)
Ability to coordinate
