Job Responsibilities

  • Receive Incoming fabrics & amp; accessories as per SOP
  • Ensure proper storage of stored fabrics & accessories to avoid damage or quality deterioration
  • Ensure proper management of leftover and aging stock
  • Prepare worksheet as per requisition within the lead time
  • Maintain inventory accuracy of processing store
  • Conduct physical stock checking and reconcile with ERP
  • Identify leftover/aging/defective stock and relocate to a separate area with proper labeling
  • Prepare monthly stock reports and other reports as required
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices

Educational Requirements

  • A graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution

Additional Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Planning and organizing skills to effectively manage the flow of stock
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
  • Understanding of inventory and inventory controls
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Must have skills in computer operating, report writing and good communication skills
