Job Context

We are looking for Quantity Surveyor, those who is the right talent for this position and who has expertise on Construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analysis, contracts, budgets, risk assessment and other documents.
• Advising clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare bill as per schedule & sub-contractor’s bill.
• Traveling to various sites as required.

Educational Requirements

• B. Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years (B.Sc) or 7 years (Diploma) relevant experience

Experience Requirements

• At least 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  AutoCAD, Construction, quantity surveyor, Survey
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Developer, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age 27 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Convergent with oral & written communication in English & Bangla.
• Will have challenging & aggressive attitude.
• Able to analyze project engineering schedule.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Quantitative analytical ability.
• Proficient in MS Office. (Bangla & English).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
