PositionBranch/Sub Branch Relationship Manager

Job Context

  • Padma Bank Limited is looking for some dynamic individuals as Branch/Sub-Branch Relationship Managers

Job Responsibility

  • Manage Branch/Sub Branch portfolio and achieve business target by accelerating the business growth in terms of Asset, Liability and Customer Base
  • Achieve agreed portfolio objectives promptly
  • Increase collections and payments through bank accounts assigned
  • Ensure cross selling of products of the bank in order to increase market share & clientele of the Bank
  • Ensure target growth in average deposit balance in the relationship accounts
  • Regularly seek client's feedback, review them, and propose the development of products and digital channels of the bank by incorporating such market feedback
  • Keep portfolio and operating costs as per the stated objective
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external banking and relevant regulatory rules and regulations
  • Ensure quality customer service

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Post Graduation/ Graduation (4 years) in any discipline

Experience

  • Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar field in a reputed financial institution. For higher deserving candidates, requirements may be relaxed.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers
  • Adequate knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines
  • Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
  • Sound knowledge on MS Package – Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

  • Anywhere in Bangladesh
