Job Responsibilities

• Recording of LC & Loan related truncations in Oracle Software.
• Foreign supplier’s document payment adjusted with PO.
• Ensuring and recording customs duty’s AIT, AT and VAT for Assessment notice and reconciliation with ledger.
• Recording of Charges, Insurance, duty of C&F bills against LC in Oracle.
• Computation and recording of monthly provision for interest on SOD, Term loan, Lease Finance, OD Account and Deferred LC.
• Maintaining product/ entity wise separate loan schedule.
• Recording vehicle maintenance bill, rent a car (rental) bill, fuel bill of car, fright & shipping line bill, postage & courier bill.
• Recording and matching PO of courier bill, internet bill, office rent, electricity, WASA bill, mobile bill, fees & charge bill, delivery bill and export bill.
• Checking and recording of advance income TAX & TAX deduction at source salary, AIT for employee at National Board of Revenue bill.
• Check and record Personal withdrawn bill, Advertisement bill, sales promotional expenses & sponsor, business development expense, Motivation & other allowance, conveyance bill, Tour & traveling bill, overtime, night allowance bill, Air ticket & overseas tour package bill and any other task assigned by HOD.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
• Masters in Accounting/Finance- CA(CC),ACCA, CMA (800 Marks completed)

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Accounting, Finance/ Accounts

• Age 25 to 33 years
