Job Responsibilities

• To conduct and monitor day-to-day work of Walton Service Point.
• To ensure the best after-sales service support and customer complaints are deal with in a structured time frame.
• To manage and monitor the activities of the employees/staff of the responsible service point.
• To develop relations with customers and external stakeholders.
• To collect customer feedback and technical feedback & report to concerned person.
• To monitor the activities of the spare parts store and daily accounts.

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 years
