Job Responsibilities

• Product receive & delivery
• Call attending
• Receiving customer complaints and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
• To provide product information to the customer
• Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers
• To follow up after sales service related email and replying the email from customers
• Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority
• To handle customer with effective communication skills.
• To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate from any reputed University

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 28 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
• Must have to good communication skill on Bangla and English with proper accent
• Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
• Must have to multiple tasking ability
• Candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with Customer
• Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
