To book new clients for IPO, RPO, Bonds, Rights Issue, Preference Share Issue etc. To prepare the Information Memorandum (IM)/ prospectus, and other related regulatory documents related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raising issues. To execute the activities related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raisings. To conduct client specific industry research, required valuation and structured activities related to the issue etc. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: BBA/MBA/Masters  from reputed University Applicant(s) must be a CFA Charterholder EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 7 (Seven) years relevant work experience in related fields, with at least 2 (Two) years as the Head of Corporate Advisory/Syndication & Structured Finance JOB STATUS: Full Time JOB LOCATION: Dhaka Excellent pay package matches best with the industry will be offered to the deserving candidate.
