Job Context:
The Sr. Manager for Administration will lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Administrative activities for the organization. An ideal candidate will supervise the administrative team and ensure that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner. He will also manage, monitor and oversee administrative functions. He is expected to be highly punctual, objective oriented, tech-savvy and change-driven.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office
- Manage day-to-day office operations; oversee and coordinate overall office activities
and provide administrative support to the executive leadership - Planning and leading the digital transformation of administrative systems, operations,
and procedures - Manage relationship with internal and external parties; ensuring timely logistics support
needs - Supervise the acquisition and maintenance of computer equipment and supplies in
accordance with purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions - Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working
and properly maintained - Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
- Ensuring security protocols are implemented and monitored
- Ensuring office cleanliness, hygienic working environment
- Regular maintenance of office property and equipment
- Ensuring internal and external compliance, and developing systems for efficient
management of the organization - Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Top Management
Educational qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources/ Management/ English/ Psychology or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Additional qualifications:
- Dynamic problem solving capacity
- Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically
- Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and ERP Software systems
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in Workflow Automation and Software Development
- Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels
- Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to administrative functions
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in the field of business administration or management
